Delivery and returns

Who you are buying from

The shop is run by Byter Ltd (company number 11372197), 33 Cavendish Square, London. Everything is printed to order by our print partner and posted to you directly.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is £4.95 per order, or free on orders over £75. Each item is printed when you order, so most orders arrive within 3 to 8 working days. Coasters are printed at our partner's European centre and can take a few days longer. We email a tracking link when your order ships.

Changed your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Email hello@onlynewcastle.co.uk with your name and order details and we will reply with where to send it. Send the item back unworn and unused within 14 days of telling us; return postage is yours to pay. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back.

Faulty, damaged or wrong

If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery. You do not need to send it back unless we ask. This does not affect your legal rights.

Payment

Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices include VAT.
